Melynn believes it takes four key ingredients to moving any organization forward: BRAINS, HEARTS, GUTS and ENERGY. This is how she conducts her business.

Experience

1981 to 2002 - Xerox Corporation (Sales and Marketing) Programs to raise awareness, loyalty programs for small and large business, product launches, pipeline growth, retreats, Sales force planning, budgeting, building process into the business, incentive programs

2002 to 2006 - StorageTek/Sun Microsystems (Technology Products and Services) Goals Setting, Demand Generation, integrated marketing campaigns, telesales, newsletters, multi-media collaterals, events

Approach

Melynn's approach to marketing is both strategic and creative. She believes a successful marketing plan is a unique blend of both. She is direct and highly collaborative getting the job done while catching people's attention. Melynn founded nSight Marketing on the belief that business goals are best met when a marketing plan is established with the senior leadership ahead of time. She wants to step in to help you build your business, while you focus on running it.

A graduate of Stephens College; Executive Management Program at Smith College; Helzberg Leadership Fellow.



The 11th Commandment

Melynn believes to whom much is given, much is expected, so she believes in giving back. Past President of the Overland Park Rotary Club; currently serves on the OP Rotary Board of Directors, the OP Rotary Foundation Board of Trustees and Board Member of the Midwest Center for Holocaust Education.

Dynamic and driven, Vivian Ramirez provides administrative, project management, and office support to nSight Marketing, including tracking, organizing, and coordinating client projects and information sources. With an upbeat personality, a "can-do-attitude", and technological shrewdness, Vivian uses her administrative and customer service experience in her role at nSight Marketing.
