KAR relies on yearly member feedback for a measurement of how the association is delivering on their promise of value. The results feed strategic goals and operational planning.
1) Measure change in member satisfaction and perception of value year to year
2) Stay connected to members’ changing needs and if the value proposition is still relevant
3) Use results as input to KAR’s planning and engagement process
KAR conducts the same comprehensive membership survey one time every year.
Survey questions range from feedback on overall levels of satisfaction to specific offerings. KAR uses the information both at the leadership level for strategic purposes as well as for staff to listen to members about more tactical association offerings.
