Indiana Association of REALTORS® Case Study


THE SITUATION

Indiana Association of REALTORS® understands the benefits of having a value strategy beyond the MLS after going through the process of developing a value proposition several years back. Leadership decided the next best step was to help their locals to the same, since they are an integral part of member recruitment.

THE SOLUTION

Leadership spent the year meeting with local associations and its members to determine the biggest issues facing the association. Among the top three was ‘the local value proposition’.

THE PROCESS

  1. Local executives heard a short presentation and attended a value workshop to understand why associations need a value proposition and learn about a seven-step process to uncover theirs.
